If you have caused injury or damage to a third party, or have been injured yourself, we are very sorry to hear that and we will do everything possible to deal with any claim made against you promptly.

You will need to, within 30 days, supply full details of the claim in writing, together with any supporting information.

You should not make any attempt pay, settle, admit or deny any claim without our written permission. You must send us any writ or summons as soon as you receive it. You must also notify us in writing of any impending prosecution, inquest or fatal accident enquiry.

We will then deal with the claim on your behalf and keep you informed or any progress and outcome.

Important notes:
We cannot deal with your claim until we have received all the necessary information and supporting documentation. It is important to provide as much detail and supporting evidence as possible, failure to do so will inevitably result in a delay.

Dependent upon the circumstances of the claim, the underwriters reserve the right to request additional documentation or information as required.
